How long does shipping take?

Most custom PCs are built, tested, and ready to ship in 5–7 business days after parts are confirmed. We ship Canada-wide with tracking, insured delivery, and signature on receipt. GTA pickup or local courier may be available for select orders.

Can I bring my own parts?

Yes. We verify compatibility, build around your components, and stress test the full system. We warranty our workmanship, while manufacturer warranties remain with your parts.

Can you upgrade or trade in my current PC?

We perform CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, PSU, and cooling upgrades and accept trade-ins on a case-by-case basis. We will advise if upgrading or starting fresh gives better value. Data migration is available.

Do you build workstations for AI/ML, CAD, or content creation?

Yes. We design GPU-accelerated workstations with NVIDIA RTX or Pro cards, ECC RAM options, NVMe storage, and high-airflow cooling. We can preinstall drivers and toolchains such as CUDA, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or creator apps.

Do you offer financing or business purchasing?

Installment options are available at checkout for eligible customers. We provide CAD invoices, accept Interac e-Transfer for custom quotes, and support purchase orders for approved business accounts.

How are systems packaged for safe shipping?

GPUs and heavy coolers are braced, the interior is secured with protective foam, and shipments are insured with a required signature. A quick-start guide is included in the box.
